1. Toggle on for 24 Hour format.

Calendar Hours

1. Select Start and End times

1. Select Saturday, Sunday or Monday

1. Toggle on for Day/Month/Year format.

Hide Completed Tasks

1. Toggle on to activate.

1. Toggle on to activate.
2. When the days task are completed an animated kudos will display

Motivators

1. Toggle on to activate.
2. Select Pencil to edit text
3. Select Picture to add an image.

Do Things Quicker

1. Toggle on to activate.
2. In Tasks, tap icons to see their meaning.

Work Sprints

1. Select default time for Stop Watch.
2. In Tasks press icon to: 1 Start , 2 Stop,  3 Restart
