Function

Use

Backup

1. All backup data will be stored inside the app
2. Note : If app is uninstalled or data cleared then all backups will be lost

Backup Frequency

1. Toggle on
2. Select either 7 or 31 days
3. Database will auto backup

Backup Upload

1. Press icon
2. App database will now be saved to the apps storage
   
3. Note: You will need to press the icon twice the first time

Backup Download

1. Press icon
2. This will display up to the last five saved backups
3. Press the download icon from the desired backup
4. Confirm database will replace existing file.
5. Note: Backup database will overwrite all data on app and any new changes will be lost

Google Account Sync

1. Toggle on to activate
2. Allow permission
3. Select your linked email account
4. Confirm selection
5. You can also toggle off individual programs to reduce app loading time
6. Note: Then app does not collect any data
   

Google Calendar Sync

1. Toggle on to activate
2. Allow permission
3. Confirm selection
4. Note: Then app does not collect any data
   

Google Tasks Sync

1. Toggle on to activate
2. Allow permission
3. Confirm selection
4. Note: Then app does not collect any data
   

Google Contacts Sync

1. Toggle on to activate
2. Allow permission
3. Confirm selection
4. Note: Then app does not collect any data
   

Google Drive Access

1. Toggle on to activate
2. The following icons will now be displayed at the top of a Project or List items

1. Select appropriate icon
2. This will display all the files in that Google App
3. Select files needed and press the red tick to confirm
4. The files will now be linked to that Project or List
5. Pressing the file will open it up in the Google app

Delete Database

1. Press Icon to delete database
2. Confirm selection
3. Note: The database will be permanently deleted
   

Unlink Account

1. Press icon to unlink the Google account
2. You can now select another Google account to link with
3. Note: Then app does not collect any data
